How safe is your payment system? 

All our payments are processed by PayPal who are the worlds largest firm for internet transactions. you can pay by your credit or debit card, and also if you have one, you have the added advantage of being able to pay through your PayPal account. Either way your payments are totally secure.

Can I order a sample before I buy?

Yes you can order a Free sample, and these are normally dispatched by 1st class post on the same day

Why does my blind seem a different colour from the sample on the screen?

Whilst we take the greatest of care with the screen images to ensure that the colour is the same, all computer screens vary, this is why if you particularly need to match a colour to some furnishings, we suggest you order a free sample first.

Are there any delivery charges?

Our standard delivery is Free of charge, standard delivery times are:

Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

We have a delivery charge for non standard delivery times which are:

Monday to Friday AM delivery £10.00
Sat AM delivery £15.00

Can I have my blinds delivered to a different address?

Yes you can, and you will find this option at the checkout stage, but please remember whichever option you choose there must be someone there to sign for the blinds.

I have not received my blinds, what should I do?

If you have not receive your blinds within the indicated time please contact us or email us at info@webworldblinds.co.uk You can also telephone us on 0845 450 8803 (all calls are charged at the local rate)

Do you sell blinds for Velux^® windows?

Yes we do, our Highstyle™ skylight blinds are specially designed to fit Velux^® windows, and the sizes available are made to fit Velux^®  type, GGL,GHL and GFL windows.

Can I order blinds for my conservatory on your web site?

Yes you can order blinds for the sides of your conservatory, the most popular ones are Pleated, Vertical and Venetian. Care must be taken when fitting the blinds if you have a uPVC conservatory to avoid screwing into the sealed unit. If you require blinds for your conservatory roof we would recommend that you contact a professional blind fitter as these can be very difficult to measure.

Are your Roman blinds lined?

Yes, all our Roman blinds are lined, you have a choice of cream,white and blackout, please note that if you pick the blackout option a charge of 15% of the blind cost will apply, the other two are included in the price of the blind.
