Delivery & Returns

We have different delivery options to suit your needs, using a well respected national carrier.

At this time we can only deliver to the UK mainland.

Delivery in the UK mainland is Free on all orders regardless of quantity or price on our standard delivery service, Monday to Friday in normal working hours.

If an AM delivery before 12.00 pm Monday to Friday is required, there will be a charge of £10.00 if you want a Saturday AM delivery a charge of £15.00 applies.

If it is more convenient for you a different address from your billing address may be used for delivery.

Our normal delivery time is usually 7 working days from receipt of your money in our bank account (24 hours) you will see the delivery times on the details page when you are choosing your order.

We pay for next day delivery by our carriers but we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver on their part, also we cannot be held responsible for delays caused at the factory by shortage of materials or delays cause by exceptionally busy times such as Bank holidays and Christmas although we will keep you informed of the situation.

If the Carriers deliver and there is no one to take the blinds they will leave a card and organise delivery for the following day, if they again cannot deliver another card will be left informing you that they can be collected from their depot the goods will remain there for 8 days and if no contact as been made they will be returned to the factory, there will be a charge for this of £5.00 if a subsequent re delivery is requested there will be a charge of £15.00

Order Cancellation and Returns Policy

You must agree not to buy Made to Measure blinds from us and return the blinds or cancel the order within 7 days according to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). The made to measure blinds are made according to your sizes and therefore cannot be resold and you must agree before buying that the Distance Selling Regulations cannot apply to our sales agreement.

Goods cannot be cancelled once the have gone into the manufacturing process but if you wish to cancel or change your order prior to delivery please contact us or email us at  info@webworldblinds.co.uk or telephone on 0845 450 8803 and we will do our best to be of assistance.

If the goods arrived damaged or with items missing please sign the delivery note accordingly and contact us as above within 3 days so that we can supply the parts or collect the blind and deliver you a new one.
